Each item is meticulously embroidered by us with great attention to detail. We create a digitized embroidery file based on your personalization preferences, carefully checking the size and alignment of the text and motifs. Only then is the information sent to the embroidery machine, your ordered item is hooped, the desired thread is loaded, stabilizer is applied, and the embroidery process begins.

Since each embroidery is done by hand, it can never be 100% precise, even though we always strive to do our best! Due to limitations within our embroidery area, we reserve the right to adjust font sizes. As a result, there may be slight variations between our preview and the actual embroidered result.

We position each embroidery so that it is optimally aligned with the proportions of the blanket and the patterns on it.

While we have not received any complaints so far, it is still important for us to make you aware of this and keep you informed!

We strive to fulfill and dispatch your wishes and orders as quickly as possible. Typically, we manage to do this within 24 hours on weekdays.

Occasionally, it may take us a little longer. In such cases, your order will be shipped out 2 working days after you place it.

We ship all orders with DHL and provide you with a tracking number so you can track the status of your orders at any time.

Since each of our items is personalized according to your preferences, unfortunately, returns or exchanges are not possible.

Honestly, you can easily wash any of our blankets at 30°C in the delicate cycle. Afterwards, they should be laid flat to dry. If desired, you can briefly put them in the dryer afterwards. It's best to use the 'Wool Finish' program to ensure nothing goes wrong!

Since cotton is a natural product, like with any cotton item, you should expect the blanket to shrink slightly after washing. But that's about it!
