Each item is embroidered with great attention to detail. We create an embroidery file based on your personalization requests and check the size and alignment of the text and designs. Only then do we send the information to the embroidery machine, set up your item, load the desired thread, apply the backing material, and start the embroidery process.

As each embroidery is handcrafted, it can never be 100% precise, even though we always do our best! Due to limitations in our embroidery area, we reserve the right to adjust the sizes of the text. This means that our preview may show slight variations from the actual result.

We position each embroidery to ensure it is optimally aligned with the proportions of the blanket and the patterns on it.

Although we have not received any complaints so far, we want to make sure you are aware and informed!

We strive to fulfill and dispatch your wishes and orders as quickly as possible. Typically, we manage to do this within 24 hours on weekdays.

Occasionally, it may take us a little longer. In such cases, your order will be shipped out 2 working days after you place it.

We ship all orders with DHL and provide you with a tracking number so you can track the status of your orders at any time.

Since each of our items is personalized according to your preferences, unfortunately, returns or exchanges are not possible.

Honestly, you can easily wash any of our blankets at 30°C in the delicate cycle. Afterwards, they should be laid flat to dry. If desired, you can briefly put them in the dryer afterwards. It's best to use the 'Wool Finish' program to ensure nothing goes wrong!

Since cotton is a natural product, like with any cotton item, you should expect the blanket to shrink slightly after washing. But that's about it!
